Through Terroirs, Truffle Hunting helped importer Eric Narioo showcase the natural wine phenomenon in the UK, but importantly in a Parisian style. 


The Project Solution

Working with Eric, Truffle Hunting guided the interior design of a challenging venue on a tight budget. We turned it into the place where Eric’s ideas could be realised – avoid the sometimes sterile experience of wine drinking in English gastronomic restaurants

Highly influential, the ‘small plate’ phenomenon’s beginnings can be traced back to Terroirs and the work of Chef Ed Wilson. The venue’s food, wine and atmosphere have received a hugely positive reception in the media.

The best wine bar/bistro I’ve found in years has opened by Charing Cross station.
