The Project Solution

Launching the Fat Duck in 1995 alongside Heston as Restaurant Director, Nigel delivered one of his trademark outstanding wine lists whilst being responsible for crafting and communicating key elements of the Fat Duck’s acclaimed customer experience enabling the team to be able to handle the complexity of Heston’s dining experiences.


In 2017 Nigel returned to support the Fat Duck Group as Chief Operating Officer worldwide with Truffle Hunting additionally supporting the development of systems and analysis of the business behind the scenes.
